Job Description:
264 Bell Inc., a rapidly expanding tech startup focused on
enhancing operational efficiencies through state-of-the-art
communication software, is seeking an experienced Facilities
Manager dedicated to ensuring optimal functioning of our healthcare
& medical facilities. The Facilities Manager will oversee the
upkeep, maintenance, and strategic planning of our physical
premises, ensuring they meet health, safety, and regulatory
requirements while supporting the company's mission to deliver
innovative solutions to streamline business operations. Plan,
administer, and manage all facility-related activities, including
maintenance, janitorial, and security operations to ensure the
healthcare facility meets all standards. Develop and implement
facility maintenance schedules to ensure operational uptime and
reduce downtime that could affect business operations. Conduct and
document regular facilities inspections to ensure compliance with
health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage vendor
contracts and maintain relationships with service providers,
including cleaning, landscaping, and building maintenance
companies; ensure services are performed as contracted. Plan and
oversee facility refurbishments, renovations, and capital
improvement projects, ensuring they meet budget and time
constraints. Coordinate with healthcare department heads to ensure
facility modifications align with patient care and medical service
requirements. Manage facility budgets and expenditures, providing
cost-effective solutions without compromising facility quality or
safety. Proficient in facilities management software and tools
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations and
compliance issues within healthcare sector Excellent organizational
and leadership skills Ability to analyze problems and strategize
for better solutions Effective verbal and written communication
skills Budget management and cost control abilities Medical
