Our client, a leader in property management and maintenance services, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple site locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Technician Locations: Hartland, WI and Brookfield, WI Pay Range: $28.00 Shift: Second shift (3pm - 11pm CST), with eventual transition to 11pm - 7am CST or 11am - 7pm CST shifts, including on-call weekends. What's the Job? Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Respond promptly to various facility issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently. Conduct building inspections, monitor utility usage, and assist with energy management efforts. Support site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Coordinate with contractors and monitor subcontracted work to ensure quality and timeliness. What's Needed? Basic mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills with the ability to apply them to diverse challenges. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and work at heights up to 30 feet using ladders. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
