As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team, ensuring the safety, security, and proper functioning of the facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Technician Location: Arlington Heights, IL Pay Range: $28 Shift: Days 7:00 am - 4:00 pm M-F What's the Job? Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and maintenance standards are upheld Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues Perform preventative maintenance, carpentry, and vendor management tasks Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed to maintain proper illumination Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as required What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required 2-4 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance procedures Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities What's in it for me?
