Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in
enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to individuals
with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Assist
individuals with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal
preparation, and medication administration. Implement
individualized care plans and behavior support plans. Support
individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all individuals under
your care. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior
experience in direct care preferred Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a
