performance-driven environment. What You’ll Do: Greet and assist
customers online, over the phone, and in-store in a professional
and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and guide them
through the buying process transparently and confidently. Conduct
product presentations and vehicle demonstrations. Work with
management and F&I to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for
repeat/referral business. Stay current on manufacturer programs,
