SPANISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES! Job
Responsibilities:--- Answers phone calls as assigned by the CSR
Supervisor. Obtains patient information and makes appropriate entry
into the patient's account. Escalates calls to a supervisor, Team
Leader and/or account representative as appropriate.--- Enters
Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer information into patient
accounts using the appropriate pay source codes.--- Documents all
actions taken into the patient account by writing clear and concise
notes into the account.--- Safeguards all patient information by
keeping all written and verbal communications confidential. Ensures
all actions are in compliance with HIPAA and other appropriate
federal and state laws and regulations.--- Returns phone calls to
customers, insurance companies, and other parties who have left
voicemail messages.--- Uses phone calls and e-mail as the main
communication vehicles with co-workers.Employee Perks:Long term
