Tech Support Agent - Tier 1

Above-average experience using Office 365 products. Above average ability to address support situations associated with member internet connectivity - ethernet, wireless om the OS systems mentioned above. Experience with common security products such as Ghost, BigFix, and McAfee desktop security products. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.2 years+ related experience with preferred skills for this position. Previous customer and technical support experience.An ability to follow online workflows and scripts containing technical directions to assist members. Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users Strong time management skills and organizational skills. COMPENSATION AND POSITION DETAILS:The hourly rate of pay for this position is $19.00 per hour and is eligible for overtime (non-exempt). This position is a full-time position (40 hours/week). The schedules available for this position are as follows and may not be available at your time of hire: M-Sat (off Fridays) 7:00 am to 3:30 pm CST (Sat are 8:30-5) M-Sat (off Thursdays) 10:30 am to 7:00 pm CST (Sat are 8:30-5), or as scheduled by your supervisor.
