*Job Descriptions:*

Performs purchasing and inventory activities as well as some forecasting analysis.

*Job Duties:*
--- Maintains files and records
--- Contributes to the coordination of operations regarding various matters, including assisting with the day-to-day tasks for procurement, warehousing and inventory
--- Provides analyst support for variances, inventory and operations
--- Serves as a back-up person on inventory transactions and tickets
--- Assist with parts shortages given by contract manufacturers
--- Assist buyer/planners across product lines with purchase orders as needed
--- Assist in year-end preparation and activities
--- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed
--- Other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications:*
--- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent work experience
--- Minimum 2-4 years recent purchasing experience combined with knowledge of general accounting knowledge
--- Experience purchasing electronics & electronic assemblies is a plus
--- Must be extremely responsive & action-oriented
--- Take charge attitude required
--- Good organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills
--- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
--- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
--- Great Plains ERP software experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
