We need a front line -leaser to generate traffic, tour guests, provide exceptional customer service, and close sales. If you are a dynamic, organized professional with strong sales and customer service -skills than this may be the opportunity for you. • Saturdays Required
• Answer phone calls and greet visitors
• Generate traffic, tour prospects, lease apartments and prepare lease documents
• Strong Sales Skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn specialized software
• Exceptional customer service abilities, and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
• Learn and comply with industry legal requirements, including federal and local Fair Housing Laws
• Work both individually and on a team to maximize occupancy and achieve owner goals
• Provide and exceptional living experience to our residents
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Two or more years sales or related experience
