Location/Division Specific Information
Clinical Trials Division (CTD) partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers around the world to ensure the right patients get the right therapies in the right doses at the right time - a concept that we internally embrace as "There is a Patient Waiting." How will you make an impact?
In supporting the site distribution activities, your work around order management will both support our client critical ongoing clinical trials, as well as the site financial goals. In this role, you will be on the front line of helping support the supply chain of many potential lifesaving clinical trial drug shipments.

What will you do?
Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
Effectively interacts with cross-functional teams
Independently solves routine problems/issues. Seeks advice/input on more sophisticated problems
Builds and/ or supports creation of operational documentation using internal systems.
Serves as the internal link within the company and will have direct contact with all internal departments and direct one-on-one contact with external customers
Leads the delivery of all technical and service aspects of projects for clients
Determines preliminary design of the study and evaluates and understands the study
Leads and facilitates customer teleconferences, visits and audits as the need arises, and provides timely provision of customer reports and updates
Attends Project Meetings at the business or customer site. Leads and represents the business at kick-off meetings as the need arises by the customer
Works closely together with the account manager to gain overall customer happiness
Provides accurate and timely financial forecasting and reporting
Ensures customer needs are accurately translated into quotation and has responsibility to supervise and amend the quote as required
Responsible for revenue recognition and verifies final billing information for Accounting Department prior to invoices release
Recognizes strategic opportunities for process improvements
Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

How will you get here?
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. / B.S. / B.F.A.) from an accredited 4-year college / university, recognized professional degree or equivalent work experience
Validated experience working with customers in a dynamic environment
Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written, and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions (problem-solving abilities) and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Strong and effective communicator with the ability to optimally present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to include excellent relationship building
Excellent communication, organizational skills and project co-ordination skills
Ability to develop strong customer leadership skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of internal or external clients to meet or exceed their expectations
Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
3 years' experience in either logistics or food / pharmaceutical packaging
3 years' experience working with customers in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in appropriate project planning tools, e.g., Microsoft Project to communicate achievements and critical path activities and responsibilities
