• Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement organizational development strategies.
• Facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conducting assessments to identify areas for improvement within the organization.
• Supporting change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.Minimum QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational development or a related area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
