Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we are looking to add a Commingle Supervisor to our 3 rd shift team. Summary The Commingle Production Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Commingle department with relation to production, personnel and equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Good communication skills. Supervise Commingle Production personnel. Perform employee evaluations, disciplinary actions and coordinate employee development. Ensure that all work produced meets quality standards and client specifications. Facilitate a consistently high level of production. Undertake additional tasks as seen appropriate by management. Works overtime when the production schedule dictates. Must be able to lift fifty pounds. Endure standing for long periods of time. Qualifications The ability to build and lead a team. Detail oriented and committed to quality. Highly organized and analytical. The ability to multi-task within a manufacturing environment. Possess proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Previous experience with commingle equipment preferably within a direct mail environment is highly desired. The ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization. Intermediate computer skills within a Microsoft Windows Environment.
