Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking
a 3rd Shift Machine Op/Stager to join their team. As a 3rd Shift
Machine Op/Stager, you will be part of the production support team,
ensuring smooth and efficient operations during overnight hours.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to
detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Op/Stager Location:
Jackson, WI Pay Range: $21 Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10pm - 6am
What's the Job? Perform all dry staging operations to support
continuous production flow Ensure quality, GMPs, and safety
standards are met, including HACCP compliance Stage blending
batches following positive release procedures, FIFO dates, and
special instructions Supply blenders with batches as needed and
manage partial ingredients storage Maintain sanitation and
cleanliness in the staging area, including CIP processes What's
Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 55
lbs repetitively Ability to operate forklift and aerial lift trucks
Willingness to be trained and certified in Lock Out Tag Out and
Confined Space procedures Strong problem-solving skills and a
