Job Description Job Description Labor Solutions Professional is seeking Coordinators. Pay: $18/ hr Shift: 1st shift 8 am to 4:30 PM Position Summary The Warehouse Coordinator coordinates inbound and outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. This position requires experience in a multi-client facility and coordination between Operations and Client Services. Overall Responsibilities - Coordinate the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse based on direction from Operations and Client SLAs. - Perform routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound movements. - Enter all pertinent information into systems of record, including SAP. - Identify and report shortages, overages, and discrepancies. - Complete daily operations reports. - Perform fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work. - Communicate with customers, warehouse associates, drivers, and leadership. - Follow all workplace processes and standards supporting ISO-9001 Quality certification. - Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements - Excellent computer skills preferred. - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Ability to respond promptly to internal and external customer needs. - Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Demonstrates dependability with consistent attendance and punctuality. - Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction. - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Demands & Work Environment Manufacturing / Warehouse Environment - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6 hours). - Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. - Work environment includes office and warehouse dock areas. - Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. - Moderate to loud noise levels.
