Illinois Our customer in Rockford, Illinois, is seeking motivated
individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting General Laborers
to work full-time on 1st shift. As a General Laborer, you will be
responsible for assisting with various tasks including maintaining
work areas, restocking supplies, unloading materials, and
supporting team members to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities of the General Laborer : Assist customers in
selecting plants, gardening tools, and outdoor supplies. Water,
prune, and maintain plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees. Restock
shelves with plants, pots, fertilizers, and other garden products.
Ensure garden center grounds are clean by sweeping, raking, and
weeding. Help assemble products like garden furniture or planters.
Load products for customer pickup and assist with unloading
shipments. General Laborer Requirements and Qualifications: Must
have a valid driver’s license (DL) to transport products if needed.
Ability to operate lawnmowers, garden tools, and forklifts. Capable
of performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving
products. Willingness to work outdoors and maintain a clean,
organized work area. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with
other employees effectively. Pay for General Laborer : Starting at
$16/hour. General Laborer Benefits: Health insurance. Paid time

training. Type: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:30am –
