Position: Global Partner Program (Mid-Market) Director Job
Description: What You'll Be Doing: Program Strategy & Framework
Ownership: Define and maintain the multi-tier program architecture,
govern policies globally while enabling regional flexibility.
Benefits, Incentives & Financial Model: Curate benefits catalog
(discounts, rebates, MDF, financing), model economics, and refresh
annually. Enablement, Training & Labs: Launch Arrow Academy tracks,
certifications, demo labs, and measure enablement KPIs. Digital
Portal & AI-Driven Insights: Enhance ArrowOne portal with quoting,
content, localized UX, and AI insights; drive adoption. Growth
Programs & Revenue Motions: Implement new logo bonuses, cross-sell
incentives, recurring revenue emphasis, loyalty points, lead pass,
and campaign-in-a-box. Regionalization & Localization: Ensure
global consistency with local adaptation and multilingual support.
Partner Community & Voice: Establish Partner Advisory Councils and
feedback programs. Governance, Compliance & Transparency: Create
operating model, publish advancement paths and eligibility rules.
Success Metrics (KPIs) Mid-market revenue growth and partner
profitability uplift by tier. Tier progression velocity (partners
advancing per quarter). Net-new mid-market customers acquired;
multi-line deal adoption; recurring revenue mix. Portal adoption
and enablement outcomes (training completions, certifications). MDF
utilization & campaign performance; lead pass conversion; partner
satisfaction (NPS). What We Are Looking For: 10–15 years in
channel/distribution or vendor programs; proven record designing
tiered global partner programs. Experience building financial
models for discounts/rebates/MDF and subscription/consumption
motions. Product/program leadership for partner portals with
embedded analytics/AI; data-driven decisioning. Comfort working
across Supplier Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance/Arrow
Capital, and regional teams. Global launch experience with
localization and governance. Excellent communication; executive
presence; ability to simplify complex programs and drive adoption.
What You’ll Deliver in 6–12 Months Program Charter, Tier Policy &
Playbook signed off; initial global launch in priority regions.
Benefits catalog and funding model live; first rebate/MDF cycles
executed. Enablement tracks in Arrow Academy and Labs; first
certification cohorts completed. Portal enhancements released with
AI insights and localized content; MAU and usage baselines
achieved. First wave of growth programs with measurable impact
reports. Work Arrangement: Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to
an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership. What’s

$163,800.00 - $247,500.00 Actual compensation offer to candidate
may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location,
work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio
between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be
finalized at offer. Location: US-CO-Colorado (Remote Employees)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest
