We hope to see you as part of our team's future success!SUMMARY: The IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager will design, implement, and ensure stability and efficient operations of all premise and cloud infrastructure. --This individual will work closely with and provide technical leadership to a small team of IT professionals and our managed services partners to maintain and support all critical infrastructure services. This job description reflects assignment of essential functions.-- It does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-day management of Infrastructure Team, providing leadership, having meaningful conversations around professional & personal development, providing direction, & coaching.Assist the technical Team and partners with incident management, diagnosis, escalation, tracking, and resolution.Assess performance, develop improvement plan, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement progress.Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure network capacity meets agreed existing and future requirements.Practice network, server, storage and PC asset management, including maintenance of component inventory, life cycle management and related documentation.Own IT partner and vendor relationships and maintaining a vendor governance program driving partner performance.Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization's networkEstablish and support state-of-the-art video conferencing facilities.Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of keeping pace with new and emerging technologyPrepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for IT projects and associated effortsMaintain network performance by performing regular network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor supportManage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPS units, wireless LAN, etc.Manage and ensure optimal operation of all server hardware and equipment, including servers, storages, backup appliances, etc.Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, network admission control, and intrusion detection systems.Manage monthly invoicing regarding proper coding for departmental chargeback and accrualsManage the infrastructure budget to ensure spending is in line with budget and forecast as well as participate in the annual IT Budgeting process to align company goals with IT spendOversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD.Establish & maintain an appropriate Disaster Recovery Infrastructure that is in line with and supports the organization's Business Continuity PlanManage corporate backup strategy and execution, ensure backups are usable by performing scheduled testsManage the IT Procurement process for all IT Related hardware for entire organization.Manage creation of and changes to infrastructure drawings and documentation.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required. IT, CIS, MIS discipline is highly preferred5+ years IT Infrastructure/Data Center operations experience--IT Management and Partner Management experienceExperience in managing a small to medium-sized Data CenterExperience in Operation IT process design and improvement (ITIL Certification preferred)Experience in implementing cloud applications.Infrastructure related security experience a plus (i.e. AD Security, Server hardening, etc.)Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to multi-task and run multiple concurrent projects.Capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies and apply that knowledge to current efforts and plansAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situationsStrong documentation skillsTechnical Operation Environment experience:Enterprise Networking and Server SystemsPalo Alto, Cisco and Meraki preferred.VM implementation, configuration, and supportVMWare and HyperVDigital Workspace Support and ManagementEnterprise IT infrastructure ManagementIT Service Providers ManagementSecurity Operations KnowledgeMicrosoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP managementBackup and Recovery (Veeam and Azure Backups)Cloud Services, including:Microsoft O365Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaSIntuneD365 support experience is desirableTechnical understanding of networking design and corporate networks including MPLS, SD-WAN and network topologiesAbility to travel approximately 20% between site locations.
