Title: Applications Engineer

Location: Northwest suburb IL

Industry: CNC machine tools



Proficiency in CNC Programming for both mills and lathes. G&M code or knowledge of CAD/CAM -- a plus.
Strong understanding of cutting tools and knowledge of inserts. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to review and interpret blueprint drawings and other technical specifications.
Consulting expertise, involving collaboration with manufacturers, customers, and supervisors to plan testing requirements, installations, and layouts.
Hands-on experience in tooling installation according to manufacturer's specifications. Providing customers with thorough operational instructions for the tooling, conducting product testing, and monitoring performance to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
