Rauland Corporation is looking for a talented and passionate Software Scrum Master who wants to make an impact in the medical & educational space. You can help the development teams make a real difference in innovating, designing, and developing cutting-edge products that delight customers that they use as part of their daily operations. This is a highly visible position of influence that is expected to improve customer satisfaction, R & D return on investment, time to market, and scheduling accuracy while increasing skills and joy for you and the teams



What You'll Do:



The Software Scrum Master organizes and facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and release planning.
Facilitates collaboration for both onsite and offshore teams, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies.
Coaches team members and stakeholders in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events and in goal attainment.
Coaches team in Agile estimation techniques, makes appropriate and realistic commitments, and works closely with Product Owners.
Works closely with and assists the platform manager to ensure success of the SW release.
Develops, tracks, and disseminates project metrics to the engineering leadership team.
Ensures the timely delivery of project deliverables per the Rauland product development process to ensure regulatory compliance.



What You'll Need:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
5+ years of working experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
2+ years experience working with a scrum of scrums teams.

Software lifecycle tools (like Azure Devops)
Scaled Agile Framework
Global software development teams
Healthcare or Medical device companies
Implementing Agile development in a FDA regulated product category
