Opportunity We are seeking a strong, hands-on Kitchen Manager /
Sous Chef to join a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen in Chicago.
This Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef role is ideal for a driven
culinary leader who thrives in structured environments, values
consistency, and takes pride in developing teams and executing at a
high level. We are specifically targeting a Kitchen Manager / Sous
Chef with a stable, proven employment track record—no job hoppers.
The right Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef will bring leadership,
accountability, and a long-term mindset to the team. What You’ll Do
as a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef: - Lead and support all
back-of-house operations as a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef in a
high-volume kitchen - Ensure consistent execution of food quality,
presentation, and standards - Manage ordering, inventory, food
cost, and waste control - Train, coach, and develop kitchen team
members - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety
standards - Partner with leadership to drive efficiency and
performance What We’re Looking For in a Kitchen Manager / Sous
Chef: - 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef in a
high-volume concept - Stable work history (no job hoppers – proven
tenure required) - Strong leadership skills with the ability to
hold teams accountable - Solid understanding of food cost, labor
management, and kitchen systems - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment - Passion for hospitality, team development, and
