See what our patients say: Elk Grove Google Reviews: https://rb.gy/sra8pc What You’ll Own As Office Manager, you are responsible for running the clinic like it’s your own : Lead, coach, and motivate administrative and clinical staff Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, records, and follow-up Hold the team accountable to performance and conversion goals Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance Build a positive, energetic, results-driven clinic culture Who Thrives Here You’ll do well in this role if you are: A natural leader who enjoys coaching and holding people accountable Sales-comfortable —you can confidently close, upsell, and hit monthly goals Highly organized and calm under pressure Customer-obsessed with strong communication skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Positive, driven, and reliable Backgrounds that often succeed: Office managers, retail or hospitality managers, fitness or wellness leaders, sales managers, spa or clinic managers, customer service leaders.
