Job Description Customer Service Representative (B2B) --- Mount
Prospect, IL $40,000-$50,000 (depending on experience) Benefits &

have with them. Our Customer Service Representatives support our
customers as a first point of contact and resolve questions
concerning their accounts. In this role, you will be there to help
customers through all phases of the order process, via telephone,
email, and website inquiries from our valued customers. You will
also support our sales staff through enhancing customer product
knowledge and assisting with additional tasks when necessary. We

Provide customers with a positive experience during all
interactions Pay great attention to detail while entering and
checking the accuracy of orders, tracking delivery dates and
updating customers and sales of any problems Answer all customer
inquiries including, but not limited to product, pricing and
availability while maintaining strong product awareness Research
orders and resolve issues related to product and service including
anticipating and resolving issues before they arise Provide support
to our sales staff and share the common goal of creating and
maintaining customers Work closely with all staff, including
warehouse personnel, to ensure proper communication Use good
judgment and make decisions when necessary including timely and
efficient follow up on service inquiries from our customers and
sales team Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent work
experience required 1 years of customer service experience in an
office/manufacturing/distribution environment required Strong
communication skills with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with customers Must be organized, detail oriented,
and self-motivated Salesforce and CRM experience a plus Proficient
knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
