The Role We’re hiring a full-time therapist to provide services across a hybrid model (in-person and telehealth). This role is ideal for clinicians who want a consistent caseload, autonomy in scheduling, and strong clinical support. What full-time looks like: - 20 to 25 client sessions per week - Evening availability required - Hybrid schedule (in-person and virtual) What You’ll Do - Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families - Use a relational and systemic lens in your clinical work - Maintain timely documentation (48-hour standard) - Participate in weekly supervision and consultation - Collaborate with a team that values growth and accountability What We’re Looking For - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field - Licensed in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) or pre-licensed with strong clinical foundation - Experience or strong interest in couples and family therapy - Commitment to working with clients of color, particularly Black and Latino communities - At least one clinical niche (trauma, anxiety, couples work, adolescents, etc.) - Willingness to be credentialed with insurance panels (BCBS, Cigna, Aetna) - Evening and weekend availability Compensation & Benefits - W-2 position with competitive hourly pay based on licensure and experience - Accrued paid time off - $500 annual CEU/professional development stipend - Free weekly supervision (individual and group) - Flexible, self-managed scheduling - Practice-supported referrals and marketing - Ongoing training in relational and systemic therapy Why Join Us - Strong focus on couples and relational work - A practice rooted in community impact and cultural relevance - Support without micromanagement - Space to grow clinically and professionally How to Apply Send the following to admin@hollietherapyandcounseling.com: - Resume or CV - Cover letter - 2 references (one professional, one personal) with a brief explanation
