HIGHLIGHTS 1.0FTE Critical Care Weekend incentives Mount Pleasant Hospital Hospital Type: community Smart hospital: Includes high-tech medical and communication technology with virtual check-in capabilities, and in-room digital whiteboards Trauma Level: 3 60 Surgical and ICU beds with e-icu Capability Daily Censes: 6-10 pts per day Typical Acuity Level: Moderate to High Patient Mix: Urban/suburban Multi-disciplinary Critical Care. Scheduling & Workload: Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 7a-7p No overnight call Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month Shift Distribution: One daytime Intensivist in-house, night coverage supported by Hospitalists and the TeleICU.
