In this critical role, you will focus on providing top-tier care to patients recovering from anesthesia following surgery. Surrounded by a supportive team and using state-of-the-art technology, you will play an integral role in the recovery and health of our patients. This position requires a compassionate professional with excellent clinical skills and a profound commitment to patient recovery and well-being. Monitor patient vital signs and adjust recovery plans as necessary Administer medications and provide critical care interventions Support patients' return to consciousness and orient them after surgical procedures Communicate patient status to surgeons and healthcare teams Determine when patients are ready to be moved to another room or discharged Educate patients and families about post-procedure care and ensure the best outcomes Strong analytical and decision-making skills Exceptional patient care and monitoring abilities Proficiency in managing multiple patient recovery In-depth knowledge of pharmacology and anesthesia techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license applicable to the state of employment BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification desired
