Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing - Up to 12.00 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Per Diem Registered Nurse – ICU (Per Diem)/n/n Unit Coverage: SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU /nShifts Available: /n/n /n/t - /n/t Day Shift: 07:00–19:30 /n/t /n/t - /n/t Night Shift: 19:30–07:00 /n/t /n /n/n/nJob Summary:/n/n We are seeking experienced ICU RNs for per diem coverage across Surgical, Medical, and Neuro ICUs. This is a high-priority need. Candidates must be confident in managing critically ill patients in fast-paced environments and possess strong clinical judgment. /n/n Pay is shift-dependent and reflects applicable differentials for day or night coverage. /n/n/nResponsibilities:/n/n /n/t - /n/t Deliver critical care to adult patients in SICU, MICU, or Neuro ICU /n/t /n/t - /n/t Monitor and manage patients on CRRT, post-CABG, or stroke protocols (including TNK administration) /n/t /n/t - /n/t Accurately document care using EPIC /n/t /n/t - /n/t Respond to rapid changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions /n/t /n/t - /n/t Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care /n/t /n/t - /n/t Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards /n/t /n /n/n/nRequirements:/n/n /n/t - /n/t Active RN license (state-specific) /n/t /n/t - /n/t Minimum 2 years ICU experience preferred /n/t /n/t - /n/t Proficient in CRRT, CABG post-op care, stroke/TNK management /n/t /n/t - /n/t EPIC EMR experience required /n/t /n/t - /n/t Certifications: /n/n/t /n/t/t - /n/t/t BLS (AHA) /n/t/t /n/t/t - /n/t/t ACLS (AHA) /n/t/t /n/t/t - /n/t/t NIHSS /n/t/t /n/t /n/t /n Sable Corporation Job ID 2025-161.
