Job Description:
RN Opportunity in Critical Care at CNRVMC in Christiansburg, VA
with a $15K sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.
Deliver high-quality care, compassion, and respect to patients of
all ages.
Assume primary responsibility for nursing coordination,
individualized care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Conduct age-specific assessments, develop and revise care plans,
and evaluate patient outcomes.
Administer treatments and medications accurately using electronic
medical records (EPIC).
Requirements include a nursing degree, VA RN licensure or
eligibility, CPR, and certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP as
needed.
Must complete orientation and meet essential job functions, with
computer skills required.
Work full-time night shifts (7 pm-7 am) with EOW and rotating
holidays.
