Military Veterans are Encouraged to Apply. -Akkodis is seeking a Medical Device Quality Systems Specialist for a six month contract position with the possibility of extension or perm conversion with a client located in Mount Prospect, IL. You will support the Quality Systems Manager and Sr. Quality Systems Specialist on day-to-day tasks related to document management, training, auditing (internal/external), calibration, metrics, and the CAPA process. Hours are 8:00 - 4:30pm CST (30-minute lunch) Monday through Friday. Starts as onsite and will develop into a hybrid position in a few months. -Pay/Salary Range: - $40.00 and $45.00 per hour. -Medical Device Quality Systems Specialist job responsibilities include:--- - - - - - - - - - - - - MasterControl Maintenance - New employee set-up, Employee terminations, Password resets, Administrative back-up.--- - - - - - - - - - - - - Training coordinator - Course set-up, Filing, Reporting--- - - - - - - - - - - - - Internal Audit coordinator - Scheduling, Status Tracking, Initiating CAPAs/NCRs--- - - - - - - - - - - - - Calibration maintenance--- - - - - - - - - - - - - Data Analytics - Quality reporting (i.e., quality scorecard), Maintain quality manufacturing storyboards--- - - - - - - - - - - - - CAPA - Review/track CAPA status, Pull CAPA metrics--- - - - - - - - - - - - - Quality System acquisition integration -QUALIFICATIONS:--- - - - - - - - - - - - - Bachelors Degree in Science (i.e., Biomedical Engineering) or technical field.--- - - - - - - - - - - - - Three plus years experience in the Medical Device Industry.--- - - - - - - - - - - - - Strong experience working with a Quality Management System (Corrective and Preventive Action records, Nonconformance records, Complaints, Document Management) and its elements. Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 PER HOUR
