Job DescriptionJob PurposeThe Sr Project Engineer coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of capital maintenance and engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet objectives.
• Complete specific project phases such as technical studies, product design, specifications, technical plans, and testing.
• Coordinate activities related to technical development, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test issues.
• Control expenditures within the project budget.
• Prepare interim and final project reports.
• Provide technical support to factories to minimize production and maintenance issues.
• Apply engineering expertise to equipment design, problem-solving, and quality improvements.
• Support PRC and key projects as a technical advisor or project manager.
• Adhere to TQM principles, ensuring work is done right the first time by establishing requirements and process maps to meet customer needs.Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution preferred.
• 5+ years of full cycle project management experience.
• Strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical systems, packaging, electronics, and computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, afternoons, midnights, and overtime.
