Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Digital Solutions will focus on managing key
initiatives to advance our organization's digital maturity. This
position will infuse digital expertise across multiple areas of the
organization where the opportunity is greatest to drive the
business forward looking through the digital lens. The focus will
include working with both U.S. and International teams ensuring
innovative technologies and new processes are leveraged globally.
Additional areas of opportunity will be continually identified.
Responsibilities:
- Champion digital maturity across the organization and seek
opportunities for growth
- Execute and optimize digital marketing strategy including Web,
Email, and Media for international brands in international markets
collaborating with local marketing teams
- Execute digital marketing strategic plans for internal
strategic partners advancing their people, process, and use of
technology to become more efficient and effective
- Form and maintain strong partnerships cross-functional business
partners including product marketing, corporate communications, IT,
Sales, Sales Training, Medical and Access
- Manage internal and external partners on day-to-day program
execution and optimization of digital properties and programs,
ensuring all drive toward strategic goals.
- Maintain ownership of the quality and consistency of digital
standards as required
- Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and legal reviewers to
ensure all developed digital tactics are aligned with Horizon's
standards
- Monitor digital spend and budget process, including monthly
reporting on forecast vs. actual
- Manage marketing analytics, insights, and optimizations for as
needed for digial initiativesStay on top of changing digital
behaviors and trends and regularly communicate opportunities and
insights
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree business or related field. MBA a plus
- Prior health care marketing experience required, experience in
advertising/communications agency experience a plus
- Rare/Orphan disease marketing experience a plus
- 5+ years of relevant work experience managing effective digital
initiatives and media campaigns. HCP digital experience a plus
- Knowledge and experience of HCP marketing outside of the United
States
- Understanding HCP specific media channels
- Experience managing paid advertising programs and budgets
- Knowledge of data analysis and ability to use data to make
recommendations and drive decisions
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and the
impact on digital marketing strategies and execution
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and resources
concurrently on time and on budget
- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced
environment
- Professional, proactive demeanor

- Requires approximately 10-20% travel
