Job DescriptionWe are expanding our e-commerce systems and capabilities. Be part of a growing team that will launch branded e-shops globally. Within this role you will help create global strategy, develop products to support e commerce sales and work with cross functional teams as we sell directly to our users.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the launch of Dremel E-shops globally
• Shaping and defining features and benefits for our shop
• Improving the shopping experience for visitors to our sites
• Understanding our users and the user experience to support direct to consumer
• Defining new product introductions and categories for the site
• Collecting and implementing strategy surrounding first party data
• Analyzing data and making recommendation to optimize sales
• Collaborating with our cross functional teams to support search, creating digital marketing and optimizing marketing levers
  Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of E-commerce experience preferably in Direct to Consumer
  • Strong passion for e-commerce and product development through e-shops
  • Problem solving and analytic skills
  • Results driven, digitally oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
