Massachusetts; New York, New York**Job Description:**The Wealth
Management Business Enablement & Governance (WMBEG) Manager will
enable a proactive risk management culture by applying risk
management and governance subject matter expertise to influence and
support a culture of risk identification, escalation and timely
mitigation of compliance and operational risks. The WMBEG Manager
will provide support to the Wealth Management Business Enablement
Executive to allow for timely and informed decisions related to
Wealth Management's Risk Framework elements (e.g., Single Process
Inventory, Key Risk Indicators and Risk Appetite). Primarily the
role will support and enhance Wealth Management's Key Risk
Indicator and Risk Appetite metric portfolio including policy
requirements and governance.The WMBEG Manager will drive
accountability and risk identification across Wealth Management
while providing oversight activities on foundational Risk Framework
elements. The manager will sit in an overarching role collaborating
with front line leaders, Corporate Audit, Legal, Compliance and
Risk control partners to proactively identify, debate and assess
potential risks.**Responsibilities:**+ Foundational knowledge of
Wealth Management Business and Business Enablement/ Governance as
it relates to its application to daily work activity and team
priorities.+ Directly or via a team, documents, analyzes, reports,
and escalates as needed risk issues (e.g., control weaknesses,
violations, metric breaches); synthesizes the data for emerging
trends or systemic issues.+ Directly or via a team, drives the
mitigation of compliance and operational risk through issue
remediation/action plans, and training needs; determines approach
and possible solutions.+ Communicates risks and issues concisely,
clearly, and timely, drives transparency and accountability with
appropriate parties.+ Leads the planning, prioritization, and
execution of Risk Framework routines (e.g., KRI and Risk
Appetite).+ Escalates in a timely manner to appropriate leaders and
