Wealth Management Business Enablement & Governance ManagerCharlotte, North Carolina;Pennington, New Jersey; Jacksonville, Florida; Mount Prospect, Illinois; Boston, Massachusetts; New York, New York**Job Description:**The Wealth Management Business Enablement & Governance (WMBEG) Manager will enable a proactive risk management culture by applying risk management and governance subject matter expertise to influence and support a culture of risk identification, escalation and timely mitigation of compliance and operational risks. The WMBEG Manager will provide support to the Wealth Management Business Enablement Executive to allow for timely and informed decisions related to Wealth Management's Risk Framework elements (e.g., Single Process Inventory, Key Risk Indicators and Risk Appetite). Primarily the role will support and enhance Wealth Management's Key Risk Indicator and Risk Appetite metric portfolio including policy requirements and governance.The WMBEG Manager will drive accountability and risk identification across Wealth Management while providing oversight activities on foundational Risk Framework elements.
