Act as the regional point of contact for organization/culture
change management and effectiveness activities, related
communications and organizational alignment needed around CI
Americas' mission / vision, strategic priorities, change and
improvement initiatives. Provide consultation and execution for
change leadership and organizational development related topics.
Develop and facilitate demanding and diverse workshops that
challenge the status quo.
- Assist in developing and support the execution of change
concepts for organizational development (OD) as well as the
planning and support of change projects across CI Americas region
(North America & South America) and the CI Organization that add
value to customers.
- Enable new and innovative methods to drive clarity, engagement
and adoption of key topics in the region among CI Americas'
leadership and CI Americas' associates aligning and reporting on
intended improvement outcomes. Be able to deploy scaled
organizational agile framework.
- Execute and assist in further developing the regional strategy.
Partner and align with the communications team, HR and local
contacts in other CI locations across the Americas as needed to
drive integrated and comprehensive change programs for CI in the
Americas' region in support of the overall strategy.
- Work with the regional business units to understand their
business needs and bring their requirements forward to the global
perspective. Work with central team peers to bring applicable
global initiatives to the regions, tailoring as needed or advising
alternative effective regional appropriate ways to achieve the same
- Maintain and enhance the moderator pool to support
organizational needs for successful facilitation and moderation of
demanding workshops and meetings.
- Research trends and remain current with organizational
developments, techniques, and technologies to support current and
changing needs of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Organizational
Development/Change/Psychology, or similar field. Over 5 years of
organizational design and transformation experience, including
development and execution of performance improvement activities,
stakeholder analysis and management. Demonstrated abilities in
effective communication to all levels of associates within an
organization, effective team and consensus building, proven
interpersonal skills and social competencies. Strong facilitation
and moderation experience in operational business environments,
improving internal processes/systems. Experience with Project
Management tools and methodologies, specifically with Agile
methodologies and deploying scalable solutions.This position is
located in Mount Prospect, IL and is eligible for hybrid working.
Successful candidates must live within a commutable range to the
Mount Prospect office.Future sponsorship for work authorization is
