Job Description:
Laser Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift About the Role Operate and set
up CNC Fiber and CO? laser equipment to produce high?quality parts
while managing material flow through an automated storage system.
This is a technical, hands?on role suited for someone who enjoys
problem?solving and modern manufacturing technology. What You’ll Do
Set up and operate CNC Fiber & CO? lasers Verify material thickness
and load materials into automated storage Troubleshoot cut-quality
issues and minor program errors Meet time and quality standards and
document production activity Operate a forklift for material
handling Cross?train across multiple laser platforms and support
other departments as needed What You Bring 2 years of laser or CNC
machine experience preferred Ability to use precision measuring
tools and strong shop?math skills Knowledge of materials, cutting
conditions, consumables, and basic programming Familiarity with
Mazak equipment a plus Ability to read blueprints, specifications,
and routings; strong communication skills Physical Requirements
Stand, sit, and handle materials frequently Occasional bending,
reaching, climbing, kneeling, or overhead work Lift up to 10 lbs
frequently and up to 30 lbs occasionally Work Environment Factory
setting with loud noise and moving machinery Occasional exposure to
fumes, humidity, or chemicals Shifts Available 1st Shift 2nd Shift
