Job Description:
LINE MECHANIC Location : Broadview, IL Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday – Friday Pay : $26 - $30 (dependent on experience) JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures machinery set up and ready to run when
production begins. Fills out daily safety inspection card Train
line personnel for proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
Participate in the resolution of all line mechanical problems.
Suggest improvement for line efficiency. Maintains cleanliness of
his line and the equipment on it. Opens and closes the facility as
scheduled PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Capable of lifting and moving 20
lbs. a distance of 10 feet. Capable of walking, standing, bending,
pushing and pulling during the entire shift. Ability to work within
non-climate-controlled facility JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Previous
industrial maintenance experience Including but not limited to:
Preventative maintenance, gears, conveyers, and motors Experience
with electrical troubleshooting and changing fuses Basic
understanding of PLC’s Ability to change drives Must be proficient
in English Ability to speak Spanish a plus BENEFITS: Employer
