Details Job Details: Our company is seeking a dynamic and
innovative Product Design Manager to join our Engineering team.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team
that thrives on innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking. The
successful candidate will be responsible for leading our new
product development initiatives, improving existing products, and
managing a team of skilled engineers. This role requires a strong
background in the design of industrial steel structures, storage
products, and agricultural storage products. Proficiency in
Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, Vault, AISC, ACI, and ASCE design guidelines
is essential. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of engineers
in the design and development of innovative products. Drive new
product development initiatives from concept to completion.
Implement product improvement strategies to enhance functionality,
design, and overall quality. Design industrial steel structures and
storage products in line with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet
customer needs and expectations. Use Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, and
Vault to create and modify designs. Adhere to AISC, ACI, and ASCE
design guidelines in all project phases. Conduct regular team
meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and design trends to stay
competitive in the market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in
product design and development. Proven experience in managing a
team of engineers. Extensive knowledge and experience in the design
of industrial steel structures and storage products. Proficient in
Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, and Vault. Strong understanding of AISC, ACI,
and ASCE design guidelines. Experience in the agriculture industry
is a plus. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong
problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and
