Job Description:

We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures, including fiat wallet projects. These projects are adjacent to our core businesses, bootstrapped quickly with a lean team, and involve building scalable applications from frontend UI to backend infrastructure. Your role as a Full-stack Developer will involve designing, developing, and enhancing software for new fiat wallet projects, providing seamless on/off ramps for multiple currencies across different countries. Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications, propose architectural decisions, participate in design and code reviews, and implement products that connect Crypto.com to developers and end-users.
• Create prototypes for new fiat payment networks or platform concepts.
• Own your projects and experiment with new technologies.
• Identify issues and implement solutions in large-scale backend infrastructure and web platforms.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all code and functionalities.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to improve the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives. Requirements

• Passion for building first-class products that solve real-world problems, with experience across various technologies, self-motivated, quick learner, and a 'get things done' attitude.
• Humility to embrace better ideas, eagerness to improve, openness to challenges.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting stakeholder requirements.
• Knowledge of financial domains or blockchain technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in handling scalability, security, and performance issues.
• Experience with web front-end development, especially React/Redux.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Mobx, Redux.
• Knowledge of server-side languages such as Ruby on Rails, Golang.
• Understanding of global payment systems is advantageous.
