QUALITY ENGINEER - METAL FINISHING Dynomax, Inc -is a family owned company that designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, sub-assemblies, and electrical components for the aerospace and defense industries. We are seeking an experienced -Quality Engineer -to -work on continual improvement to enhance the company's NADCAP accredited Metal Finishing Quality System. Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer - Metal Finishing -

• Support Metal Finishing related audits by coordinating third party audits, audit preparation, and using RCCA process to resolve audit findings
• Resolve Customer, Internal, and Supplier failures using the RCCA process
• Complete Contract Review, Risk Analysis, -and Quality Planning -
• Ensure Metal Finishing processes and related documents are compliant with standards and specifications, including performance of gap analysis Job Requirements for the Quality Engineer - Metal Finishing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a specification-heavy industry such as Automotive, Medical, or Aerospace
  • Understanding of gages and measurement in close tolerance work environment
  • Working knowledge of Drawings, Routers, Procedures and Work Instructions
  • Experience with the RCCA - Root Cause Corrective Action Process
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes including CNC machining and assembly Preferred Experience for the Quality Engineer - Metal Finishing:
    • Knowledge of NADCAP quality systems and auditing process
    • Knowledge of Aerospace industry quality processes (AS9100, First Article Inspection, Risk management, RCCA)
    • Working knowledge of Metal Finishing processes, methods, and techniques
    • Working knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing processes, methods, and techniques Benefits include:
