Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 a year based on experience and education Travel: This position will require 85- 100% travel across all of our centers. Must be based in Detroit, Chicago or Dallas. Requirements: Manage all licensing requirements in each state diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files. Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement. Conduct tours and engage with families warmly. Clear a background check. Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations. Master the art of multitasking and time management. Embrace continuous learning in every scenario.
