This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping young children grow, explore, and build confidence in a supportive, faith-centered environment . What You’ll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for toddlers Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth Plan and participate in age-appropriate, play-based activities Help with daily routines including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom What We’re Looking For Experience working with young children (preferred but not required) A patient, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements Registry level considered for placement and pay Willingness to continue learning and growing professionally Pay & Benefits Hourly pay: $15-23 per hour , based on Registry level and experience Flexible schedules Holiday pay Snow day pay Staff childcare discounts Christmas bonuses Supportive, family-oriented work environment Professional development assistance Why Work at Faithbridge?
