to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high levels of
satisfaction. • Process orders accurately and efficiently using
provided systems. • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing
customer needs and resolving issues. • Maintain detailed records of
customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team
members to improve service processes and ensure consistent quality.
• Provide clear and detail-focused communication to customers
regarding product information and services. • Troubleshoot customer
concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate
departments. • Stay informed about company products and services to
offer accurate assistance. • Ensure all customer interactions are
in compliance with company policies and procedures.• Previous
experience in a customer service or call center role is required. •
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are
essential. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. •
Familiarity with order entry processes and systems. • Ability to
work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable
working in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma or
equivalent is required.
