We will train you in our system from the ground up—but we’re looking for someone who wants to lead people, take ownership, and grow into a key role as we scale. What You’ll Do - Lead a 2–3 person installation crew on residential and light commercial projects - Execute full coating systems (grind, repair, basecoat, flake, topcoat) - Ensure jobs are completed on time, on spec, and at a high level of quality - Communicate with homeowners on-site and deliver a great experience - Manage materials, tools, and job site organization - Train and develop crew members - Work closely with leadership to improve systems and efficiency What We’re Looking For - Someone who wants to lead people and take ownership of a crew - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Hands-on mindset—you’re willing to jump in and get it done - Coachable and willing to learn our system - Organized and able to manage job flow and materials - Positive attitude and team-first mentality Aligned with our core values: Tenacity.
