Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities: Oversee all company projects and large purchasing initiatives Work with contractors, bids, new vendors, and manage large purchases/projects at 4 locations (within a small geographic area) Serve as a liaison between maintenance, production and all other departments to make recommendations company wide. Applies knowledge of processes, equipment and system capability to set challenging individual and facility standards. Coaches supervisors to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality Ensures compliance with all Health & Safety regulations. Qualifications: Project management experience within the food manufacturing industry, including managing timelines, budgets and logistical details across multiple departments within and outside of company personnel Maintenance experience with food manufacturing equipment Ability to execute plans/projects through others Good verbal and written communication skills What’s in it for you: Salary range - $90k to 115k Great Benefits Advancement Opportunities Join a company that is growing!
