Golden Bear Packaging Inc., a leader in customized, sustainable packaging solutions for industries including food, cosmetics, and electronics, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities & Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure. This role demands an individual who can maintain and repair a wide array of machinery and physical structures, ensuring minimal downtime and supporting our commitment to innovation and sustainability. Perform routine and emergency maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, making repairs and adjustments as needed Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure longevity and efficient operation of machinery Collaborate with the production team to enhance machine reliability and minimize downtime Contribute to the improvement of maintenance protocols and systems Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times Document maintenance operations, keeping detailed records of interventions and repairs Strong proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints Effective problem-solving skills Solid communication and collaboration abilities Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred OSHA Safety Certification
