community in Niles, MI! We are seeking a skilled General
Maintenance Technician to assist with work orders and make-readies,
ensuring our residents enjoy the highest quality living experience.
Position Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Location:
Niles, MI Pay: $20/hr. (weekly paychecks) Key Responsibilities:
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, including
plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, unclogging drains) and electrical
repairs (replacing fixtures). Perform necessary repairs and
maintenance on apartments, such as repairing doors, cabinets, and
drywall, and servicing appliances (refrigerators, stoves). Ensure
timely make-ready of vacant units for new residents by cleaning,
painting, and checking that all features and appliances are in
working order. Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience
preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and
