Job Description The Digital Marketing Analyst will support and collaborate with the Power Tools North America Digital Business team to synthesize raw user data into actionable insights for the Bosch and Dremel brands. This role will identify key trends and opportunities via web analytics and campaign analysis, reporting findings to stakeholders in a simple, compelling way. This role is hybrid remote with 40% in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with the Bosch and Dremel brand marketing teams to gather and analyze audience insights --- using web analytics, SEO tools, web crawlers, social listening tools, paid media dashboards, A/B testing, and search trend analysis and primary research methods (survey) Developing and executing measurement/analysis plans in partnership with business stakeholders Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards, making recommendations for scaling campaigns and strategic direction, updating reporting templates and assisting in analyzing results for internal teams Working with internal teams to identify and standardized digital tagging needs to appropriately track and analyze performance and attribution modeling Delivering strategic analyses and insights that are easily understood by marketing, sales, and other internal stakeholders Providing recommendations to streamline reporting processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and improving results Qualifications Bachelor---s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, psychology or other relevant graduate degree Minimum of three years of online marketing, web analytics or research experience Strong project management, analytical and prioritization skills Ability to drive consistently high-quality work under tight time frames Ability to effectively communicate results in a concise manner Knowledge of: Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Google Analytics, Tealium, SQL and other database technologies, Microsoft Office Direct experience with online direct marketing or online media performance analysis Engaged team player who supports an environment that fosters collaboration in working towards common goals Demonstrates curiosity to step outside comfort zone Encourages an entrepreneurial mindset by sharing experiences and offering solutions Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
