In this dynamic, cross-functional role, you'll be responsible for
new product development by addressing portfolio gaps utilizing the
user driven product requirements and time to market stage gate
process, as well as life-cycle management of assigned product
categories: Benchtop Power tools and Vacuum Cleaners/Dust
You will do so through the following activities:
Creating business cases and preparing project financials for new
Leading the roadmap development for Benchtop Power tools and Vacuum
Assisting in the development of end user driven products from
concept ideation to commercialization.
Driving development of operating instructions with our safety and
Working with international teams in a personal and virtual
Developing on-tool safety labels with Engineering and Safety
Ensuring on-time completion of product safety reviews as well as
Assisting with setup of product/pricing information, i.e.
Maintenance of Product Databases
Monitoring category KPIs to ensure business plan targets are being
Supporting product improvements, address quality concerns and seek
cost reduction opportunities
Utilizing and implementing agile work methods in order to reduce
time to market
5-8 years of Product Marketing, Engineering, and/or Sales
experience working in an international team environment in the
Consumer Goods industry (Power Tools industry experience
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience; postgraduate degree
Prior experience working in an international entity with
cross-functional collaboration experience preferred
Prior experience working in the Interior Finishing Construction
Outgoing personality, hands on, driven, able to maintain a sense of
urgency and thrive in a process-driven environment
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
Proficient with all programs within the Microsoft suite
30% travel including some international travel
