industry. We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented
Communications Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll
serve as a key liaison between our company and our customers,
ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry
through final delivery. Responsibilities - Serve as a primary point
of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and
building strong, lasting relationships - Assist customers
throughout the order lifecycle, including preparing quotes,
entering orders, and providing shipping and delivery updates -
Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and internal
communications to support successful order fulfillment - Accurately
input and maintain customer data, including contact, billing, and
shipping information - Collaborate with sales, production, and
logistics teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently -
Provide administrative and communication support across internal
teams and client programs Qualifications - High school diploma or
equivalent required - Experience in a customer service role -
retail will be considered - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a
plus, but not required - Strong verbal and written communication
skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability
to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience in
Microsoft Word and Outlook
