Job Description:
The Leonardo DRS Naval Power Systems business is a trusted
provider of innovative naval gas and hybrid power systems, control
technology and support solutions for the U.S. Navy and navies
around the world. Job Summary Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as
a Principal Program Financial Analyst. We are seeking a finanical
expert to perform a hybrid role supporting Finance and our Program
Management Office. Our ideal candidate will primarily focus on a
combination of audit and forecasting activities along with
reporting, compliance, and some ad hoc duties. What You Will Do
Audit: support all audit requests including gathering required
documentation and preparing responses Forecasting: facilitate the
Forward Operating Plan (FOP), Program Reporting File (PRF), and the
Upsides/Downsides process; coordinating inputs, communicating
deadlines, performing quality checks, and scheduling reviews
Reporting: act as the point of contact for the cash call, prepare
the weekly actuals report, assist with preparation of monthly and
quarterly business review charts Process Improvement: develop new
reports and tools to drive awareness and continuous improvement
Compliance: monitor contracts for EAC, AOC, Rev Rec, and IFRS
checklist compliance Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s
degree in business, finance, accounting or related field and at
least 8 years of progressive experience in Program Finance or
FP&A, preferably a combination of both Expert knowledge of
percent complete revenue recognition Strong communicator of
financial issues/risks to non-financial personnel Additional
Desired Qualifications: MBA or other advanced degree Costpoint
experience OneStream experience Financial statement modeling
Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Data Integration, VBA macros,
and more) Experience with GAAP and a working knowledge of
CAS/FAR/DFAR U.S. Citizenship required. Taking care of our people
